Senior Member – Java Development Team
A key position that calls for people with a strong drive to excel, it requires strong experience in architecturing, developing and delivering application solutions in Java platform.

You must have extensive hands-on technical experience in designing and developing complex applications and managing the design life cycle in an Internet enterprise environment. This includes having the ability to identify innovative design solutions, solving business problems, translate business requirements into operational applications and identify and resolve system performance and technical design issues. You should also be capable of working with limited directions and yet be able to deliver projects on time & within budget.

Creative thinking and mentoring skills to stimulate new ideas and challenge existing thinking, as well as excellent communications skills are critical success factors for the position.

You should also be current with a broad range of technologies with specialization in J2EE, EJB, JSP, MVC model, XML, Design Patterns and/or Middleware (Jrun, Weblogic, JMS servers).
